1. How can I place an order on Fairdealsonline?
Simply choose the product you want, add it to your cart, enter your delivery details, and complete the payment. You’ll receive order confirmation by SMS or email once the order is placed.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on select pin codes. All prepaid payments are processed securely.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days across India. Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service, or external factors.
5. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping across India on eligible orders. Any applicable charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to track your delivery in real time.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products. The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery, along with a complete unboxing video.
8. Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are allowed only if you receive the wrong product. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with a valid unboxing video.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 8 to 15 business days after approval. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
