Cancellation Policy

At Fairdealsonline, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled, along with applicable refund conditions. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

If your order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful cancellation and credited back to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms are not considered valid.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, you must accept the delivery and follow the process mentioned in our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellation requests raised after dispatch will not be approved.

Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for future purchases.

Prepaid Order Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source such as UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Refunds generally reflect within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Fairdealsonline reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including:

The product is out of stock or discontinued.

The shipping address or contact details provided are incomplete or incorrect.

The order is flagged as suspicious or high risk by our payment gateway or fraud checks.

In such cases, customers will be informed, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
